The simple answer is the IRS. The website (http://www.irs.gov) and publications tell how to obtain forms from the Agency. Have your accountant do this assignment as certain returns have specific deadlines. The Form 1099, for example, should be done by certain due dates – January 31 to the contractor and February 28 to the IRS.
