Virtual Assistants (VAs) need to keep up with rapid changes in technology. Since VAs rely heavily on technology to perform jobs and collaborate online, we continuously research new tools and equipment to be as efficient as possible. In addition, we have to make sure that we are in synch with our clients as far as software and hardware requirements are concerned.
For a few months now, I have been hearing about a new Microsoft desktop computer operating system called Vista. From what I gather, this operating system will replace Microsoft XP, and is expected to be released to consumers in January 2007. Software testers are now testing for bugs and glitches, etc. Microsoft has already made some adjustments.
You can learn more about Windows Vista here.
